is always easier to pass off someone else's work and efforts as your
own thus saving time and energy. The food industry is no different
- buy ready cooked or ready prepared ingredients from countrywide
suppliers, open the containers, assemble the dish and call it "freshly
prepared" or just simply "fresh".
Here
at Simbiosis we think it's better and tastier to do it ourselves. We
buy free range chickens and cook them every morning. Then we strip
them, shred the breast meat and cook the brown meat with spices for our
fajita and jerk chicken sandwiches. The carcases we use for chicken
stock for our soup. Our ham and roast beef sandwiches are also made
with meat we have selected and cooked ourselves.
Each day we provide a selection of meat based and vegetarian homemade soup as well as our homemade desserts.
This
philosophy also transcends to our outside catering operation where out
homemade chicken satay with peanut sauce is mouth-wateringly good as are
our thai beef and moroccan chicken kebabs. Our venison and redcurrant
sausage rolls offer a superb twist to plain sausage rolls.
To
provide truly fresh food does require time and effort - luckily for you
we've done the hard part - all you have to do is eat and enjoy.
